Tracking health and habits in my Traveler’s Notebook

As I continue to shrink my digital footprint, I’ve shifted health tracking over to just my Traveler’s Notebook. As I mention in the video, my efforts were duplicated in both my Health App and my TN log, so I decided to turn off Health syncing on iCloud and just track health stuff in my notebook. Privacy for the win!
