Content Marketing Helps You Achieve Growth Mindset

Here's the thing about growth mindset. I'm sure you've heard it a ton: change your mindset and suddenly you'll be able to reach your goals.

  • You'll book your dream clients.

  • You'll start to do 5-figure months.

  • Traffic to your site increases every day.

  • You're out of debt, your bills are paid, AND you're saving extra money.

But what does this actually translate to? Does it mean if you change your mindset and are open to growth for your business, it will magically happen?

Evergreen Content Marketing Helps You Achieve Growth Mindset + Avoid Scarcity Mindset

Big. Fat. No.

You still have to put in the work. And it's going to be a lot of work. But the way you approach your work will determine how successful you are. A strong, evergreen content marketing strategy can help you generate leads while you sleep and can help you achieve growth mindset.

Uhoh: What is Scarcity Mindset?

When you’re in a scarcity mindset, you truly believe there are a limited number of people that want to do business with you. You believe that everyone else out there in your industry is your competitor. Where does this get you?

  • You're constantly running on the marketing hamster wheel.

  • You've got your hands in every social media channel possible so you don't miss out on your clients.

  • You're constantly hustling: and it doesn't feel good.

  • You post on Instagram daily because some guru insisted that was the key to success.

  • You sign up for every freebie out there for guidance on what to do next.

  • You drop a bunch of money on courses for the same reason.

And as a result? What started out as a fiery motivation quickly turns into a soggy, dirty blanket. You sit down to do work and have no ideas. You start to doubt yourself and your abilities. You put in more hours because you feel like every wasted minute is a dollar down the drain.

This goes to a gross, dark place very quickly. Scarcity mindset is no fun. But what is the opposite?

Abundance Mindset Builds on Itself

Abundance mindset (also known as growth mindset) is the opposite of scarcity mindset.

In this frame of mind, you believe that there's unlimited potential and plenty of money to be had by all. Picture a bathtub-full-o-cash here.

Abundance mindset isn't just some bogus, woo-woo mental space. You see others out there achieve and surpass their goals. Guess what? They've tapped into a growth mindset.

When you have abundance mindset, it allows you to:

  • Work on your business with intention.

  • Sign off at the end of the day, knowing you did enough work.

  • Be generous with your time and advice.

  • Create genuine connections with people, which will organically grow your brand.

  • Consciously make the right investments for your business because your inner voice is guiding you on how to get to your next step.

Abundance Mindset Stems from Evergreen Content

Evergreen content is stuff that will appeal to your audience no matter when they stumble across it. It's helpful, motivational, and also sells your products or services while you sleep. It doesn’t have anything to do with the time of year, what’s on the news, or what’s trending that minute.

Blog posts are a great example of evergreen content. When someone visits your site, they can learn more about your business, what you provide, how you're different from everyone else, and how they would benefit if they hired you. Share client success stories, testimonials, and case studies.

You can also post helpful articles that will inspire and educate your ideal audience.

I am not telling you to post on a regular basis. Quality of content is way more important than quantity.

Post intentional, timeless content that will build trust and drive sales.

Your evergreen content will work for you, even when you're sleeping. And that, crew, is one of the tickets to getting into an abundance mindset.

If you need help with writing consistent content for your brand, I can craft that for you. Hire me as a ghostwriter and soon your business will have a library of evergreen content that will attract your ideal customers. Contact me to work together.
