I can’t get enough of BB creams! @TooFaced Tinted Beauty Balm review and before-after pictures
Hello there! Sorry I don’t look very happy in the pictures in this post, I guess it was just too early in the morning.
So as you may know, I’ve recently become obsessed with BB creams. How can you not? BB Creams (beblish balm, beauty balm, blemish balm, etc) are multitasking products that contain primer, foundation, and concealer all in one step. Anything that will cover well and quickly is a miracle. I’m making it my personal mission to try a lot of the newer BB creams. So far I’ve reviewed the Boscia one, one by Dr. Jart and a 3LAB one. I want to try more, more, more!
Anyway, continue reading for my full review and the reluctantly shared “before and after” photos.

Packaging: The packaging is a pretty standard crimp-tube with a sturdy screw-on cap, similar to face primers from Too Faced. A pump-top would make this BB cream that much better, since it’s easier to dispense the right amount. I’ve ended up using too much of this BB cream on a few occasions.
Product Points: Cruelty Free and Vegan. Not natural by any means, but in my opinion, BB creams are worth it. The performance is unparalleled by any natural foundation types of products I’ve tried.
Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Propylene Glycol, Octyldodecyl Neopentanoate, PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone, Dimethicone, Cyclohexasiloxane, Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Zinc Chloride, Lysine, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Extract, Camellia Oleifera Leaf Extract, Phytantriol, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Retinyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Tocopherol, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, Aluminum Hydroxide, Stearic Acid, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Boron Nitride, Glycerin, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Palmitic Acid, Dextrin Palmitate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Butylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Mica, Iron Oxides.
Application: Like I mentioned above, make sure you’re paying attention when you’re squeezing product out of the tube, or else you can end up with way too much. A lima bean-sized amount or smaller works well for me, depending on what shape my skin is in. The product is a medium-thickness – thicker than the Boscia BB Cream but way thinner than the Dr. Jart BB Cream. It spreads evenly and easily, and doesn’t grab onto dry or flaky skin.
Wear/Performance: I haven’t had any problems with this BB cream slipping or melting off, whether or not I set it with powder. I also have not had any problems with transferring.
Overall Review: So, remember my review of the 3LAB BB cream? The $95 one? I’m pretty sure that I love this one from Too Faced as much as that one, if not more, because of the friendlier price tag!
I love the smooth, even and glowing appearance this BB cream gives me. It’s truly an effortless product. I barely have to apply concealer afterwards!
I actually got a tiny sample from Sephora a while back as a 100 point-perk, and it was in the next darker shade Nude Glow. I was a huge fan of that, and at IMATS the makeup artist suggested the Creme Glow, which I’m glad I purchased. The artist mentioned that Nude Glow and Beach Glow could start to read as a little orange.
I highly recommend this product!
